Last week it was reported other teams were in for this guy, then I thought we have no chance then, but to my suprise Bolton Wanderers have come up trumps. All we need now is a quality midfielder who has a good engine on him who can from box to box like Roy Keane used to. Not to mention a out and out striker is needed, desperately. Come on Megson & Bolton Board get your money spent on a good un!! .

"Pull" is a term used for controlled demolition, which would explain why a building that was not hit by a plane and did not have fires large enough to melt steel and initiate a total collapse, did indeed collapse at freefall speed, just like Buildings One and Two. That's why the NIST report doesn't mention Bldg.7, because no plane hit it, so if it could collapse at freefall speed without having been hit by a plane, so could any other building. Particularly if the building had been loaded with explosives beforehand and an order was given to pull it. No other buildings in history have collapsed at freefall speed due to fires. Much larger fires have blazed for days in much less sturdy buildings without causing them to collapse.

Every government has failed with this portfolio. But Harper and crew have made the worst mistakes of all of them. Setting aside any issues of negligence and dereliction of duty, Harper's making this into a purely partisan attack on a civil servant - and the wrong one at that - is what makes the whole issue so foul. This is driven by pure ideology. But here's the best part: Harper's ideology and pettiness has cost him a tremendous opportunity to make his government look really good, the previous adminstration look really bad and present himself as a protector of the public interest. And he could even have built up some goodwill with the public service. This failure demonstrates that Harper and the CPC are unfit to govern. Anything. Loonie surpasses $1.10 US
The Canadian dollar continued its lofty flight as it passed $1.10 US on Wednesday while the U.S. dollar continued to weaken. Shortly after the start of trading in North America, the loonie was up more than 1.75 cents at $1.1027 US. The U.S. dollar continued to lose ground against other currencies. The greenback fell to another record low of $1.4703 US against the euro, while the British pound hit $2.1051 US, a level not seen since since May 1981. The latest of advance of the loonie will most likely send economists back to the drawing board to redo their forecasts for the dollar. The currency has appreciated much faster than many observers had been expecting. The Canadian dollar regained parity with the U.S. greenback in September. The loonie has been setting new records since Oct.

Latest Infertility Treatment Authority records show 17 children were born in Victoria in 2006 after having the screening. Hundreds more children have been born around the world using the technique. Monash IVF medical director Prof Gab Kovacs said yesterday he was unable to comment on the case because it was before the courts. Due to technical difficulties, the press was asked to wait outside the conference room (which was actually a tent set up just outside the Yarrow hotel) while they got things fixed. Leanne and I got situated near the door and this afforded us the opportunity to see the various cast members of the film walk right by us.
Id like to pretend as though I was unfazed by the sight of actors like Alan Rickman, Eliza Dushku, Freddie Rodriguez, Chris Pine or Bill Pullman as they walked by me but lets face it: I may wear a press badge on the outside, but on the inside I was squeeing like a dorky fangirl. Rachael Tayler, who is also in the film was present as well. You might remember her from her role as the hot blonde Aussie tech-geek in Transformers.
We were eventually let into the tent, which was surprisingly warm and the conference got started fairly quickly.
